Severity Levels and Response Times
Critical — platform unavailable, allergen data inaccessible, meal service disrupted. Response within 4 hours during business hours; immediate escalation.
High — significant feature degradation, data integrity concern, verification workflow blocked. Response within 8 business hours.
Standard — feature problems, non-blocking bugs, UI issues. Response within 1 business day.
General — questions, feedback, feature requests, integration enquiries. Response within 2 business days.
Operational Continuity
We prioritise issues that affect:
— Active meal service and menu display
— Allergen information accuracy and availability
— Verification and traceability workflows
— Data integrity and operational record continuity
— Authentication and access for operational staff

Platform Status
